Whenever I have late air I blame it on being over dispatched with air. If you have late air because you had to sit through a red light, that is being over dispatched.  There are a lot of things completely out of your control such as number of air stops or number of pieces or what time preload wraps and you can leave the building to weather and traffic conditions but management will still try to put the responsibility on you.</p></blockquote><p></p>
