In addition, the FT's have a lot more responsibility and accountability. Bottom line we all work hard and should support and respect each other. In my building, I respect most of the FT's and they respect me. (I have no respect for the drivers/runners that don't follow the rules and work though their lunches.)</p></blockquote><p></p>
