Pa's Act 77 which created the mail in ballot process was a creation of GOP controlled legislature. A creation they were dead certain would hand Pa on a silver platter as a gift to their emperor god.  So confident that it would they never bothered to challenge the constitutionality of the law within the allotted time frame. But after Trump lost they ran back to the Pa Supreme Court long after the timeline had expired and wanted that court to see it their way.</p></blockquote><p></p>
