I worked for FedEx Express from 2000-2006 and UPS 2007 to present and Ive worn 1 and only 1 brand of shoe, Nike Air Monarch, solid black. I get 1 size bigger and use Spenco Polysorb Cross Trainer insoles. I get an average of 5 to 6 months of use. Shoes range from 54.99 to 62.99 and the inserts are 19.99. Thought about Brooks Addiction walking shoe, but they run about $100 a pair.
