the point is - they voted for it democratically. democracy is not a perfect idea, but its hte best one we got and a "threat to any power system" like capitalism.


now in mondragon an anti capitalist spanish cooperative, when they need to do lay offs, one thing they do is cut all the workers hours instead of cutting 1 workers hours entirely.

under similar it says injustice, unjustness, strictness, harshness, severity, undemocratic rule, cruelty

next to opposite it says democracy

Clocking in/out, doing your assigned tasks is so cruel.
yea for example UPS has no air conditioning, long hours makes it unsafe, loads are too heavy, etc.

railway was dangerous shift work with shifts that are too long, dangerous equipment design, trains are too long. chernobyl ohio is a prime example.
