Simon the Zealot was also known as Simon the Canaanite (<a href="http://biblia.com/bible/esv/Mark%203.18" target="_blank">Mark 3:18</a>). Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Jesus, was replaced in the twelve apostles by Matthias (see <a href="http://biblia.com/bible/esv/Acts%201.20-26" target="_blank">Acts 1:20-26</a>).
