Racist comments were unacceptable. My original operation was staffed by mostly young guys. There are a few jokes or phrases that border on racist but only one Hispanic took offense to it since it was directed at him personally rather than a group. That's one too many. Young guys will be young guys, Race, and I recall a few Hispanics joining in the laughter when the guy that took offense started yelling in Spanish. -Rocky</p></blockquote><p></p>
