In Detroit (pretty much representative of all inter cites) nobody's going to school.
Used to be when a kid cut, there were repercussions.
Now 57% of students in the Detroit school district are chronically absent. That means they don't go to school more than 10% of the time, or they miss 10% of the days. These kids are 82% African-American. And Detroit public schools aren't doing anything about it.
You want to go to school? You don't have to. What about the grades? There are no grades.
Show up their fourth year, they give them a diploma, they pat him on the head and say, Good luck.
The kid knows nothing. He doesn't care about anything.
Progressives. It's what they want. No standards or demands on schoolchildren, criminals, anybody else.

Gangs. Drugs. Guns. Hoes. The Rap Community. Their future.
