It depends on your interpretation.I also think that maybe we do need to get back to some sort of National Service for ALL 18 year olds.&nbsp; If you want to put everyone on an equal footing at least for 2 years... this might be the way to do it and help to bring all levels of socio-economic strata together. I think that it might be able to be accomplished in such a way that it can pay part or all of it&#039;s own way.</blockquote>
