So, you see, you still have the problem.  These people need help.....therapists, treatment, medicines, someone who loves them.  If we continue to find excuses for peoples' shortcomings, then we will continue to encourage people to refuse to take responsibility for their actions or take control of their own lives. THAT is the problem we face, and it's not as easy an answer as "Ban guns", so it's ignored.</blockquote>
