The problem how/why people are missing that object. You need better background checks, better health care and more support for families/children. You have people who are mentally unstable with no support out there to help guide them. Until you fix the people you won't fix the problem. Use drugs as an example. They keep making drug laws tougher. So what was the outcome? Overcrowded prisons. Removing the drugs reveals that you still have a broken person using them. Again until you fix that this same person will find some other way to cope with whatever underlining problem they can't deal with.</blockquote>
