Message: <blockquote data-quote="fedx" data-source="post: 2805503" data-attributes="member: 64891"><p>That happened at FedEx from what I understand.  Thirty years ago they had employees who topped out in 3 months, then it became a year, then 3 years to top out.  Then about 20 years ago they really changed it and the grandfathered employees stayed topped out, but new hires were put on a pay progression that never topped out or took 20+ years.  Recently they implemented a 10 year top out pay progression of basically a dollar a year raise.</p></blockquote><p></p>
