we have been getting part tiime pay for the past 2yrs, everything else is set at full time rate, 767

Well, they make a little over $24 an hour at top scale, multiply that by 40 and you have your answer. Atleast in my hub, they haven't been laid off, or messed with in any way and the 22.3 guys are all getting 40 hour work weeks.
