Does anyone know how often UPS changes Pre Load Managers.. I have heard there is a time of year that comes and they change or relocate FT Supes. for the preload.. Is there anyone knowledgable

its not a rule but most manager changes happen about every 2 years or so, or sooner if they mess up.

I don't work in Atlanta, but I can tell you this. Pretty much all the moves for the year are done already. They just announced another hiring freeze, this essentially freezes promotions. Furthermore, promotions breed movement.

Also, they made the moves this year right after they got done cutting out and changing the regions. Obviously, it is case-by-case basis, but I would not expect a move anytime soon.
