Soak overnight.</p><p></p><p>Sprinkle Pepper or Cayenne Pepper on when you are ready to dry it or smoke it on low heat until dry.</p><p></p><p>You may add salt to taste.</p><p></p><p>Panda meat also makes a delicious sausage.
