One of my HR guys said he has taken a pay cut because "you union guys are taking all of the money." BS. Until the CEO takes a pay cut, nobody should have to take a pay cut. Even if they're mgmt!!!

We have 14 belt supes for 3 belts. Why?

Agree. i was shocked the midday OMS when I was in package found her way to work everyday. That’s how dumb she was.

The center manager needed her..maybe too much.

Any chatter on ups getting rid of human resource employees?

They are starting to outsource several departments. HR and security are the two that I’ve heard most recently. I have not heard any specifics on personnel though on how or which positions they will eliminate internally.

From a cost savings perspective, FT management would go but don’t know how entirely feasible that is.
