One of the main reasons capitalism works is the market is organized to be as efficient as possible. Efficiency not only means more profit but it also means when you go to the supermarket the shelves are stocked with what you want. Oh sure, they may run out of something and you may have to wait a day or two, but mostly it's there when you want it. Compare that with having to decide everything by committee. Workers taking a vote on everything because that's fair and just. You have gone on so many times about abuse by bosses one can only conclude in your world there wouldn't be any bosses, just workers who very democratically decide everything after much discussion. Efficient capitalist markets work because systems are set up to move things along and managers are there to make sure employees do their assigned part. Nobody likes to get managed, especially by some who just aren't good at it. But it's a necessary evil. Co-ops might make some sense with products that are very high value and have a strong demand. But for most things in order to make a profit and keep shelves stocked or services rendered you need an efficient, speedy flow. I'm sure someone will make a snarky comment about that last line. But you're never going to see an uprising of the proletariat Ricky because most people aren't highly paid artisans. They're cogs in the machine and just want to get through their day. You're best bet is foolish college kids who've been hoodwinked by very liberal professors.
