I&#039;m in the pacific northwest and we have a very strong local here. I have no worries at all. My only concern is that I feel like they took advantage of what I didn&#039;t know. Welcome to UPS, right? Anyhow, I have become very pro union since my employment and have been vocal about it. Our contract states that we are able to file a grievance on something within 30 days of the occurrence; in which I keep a log of everything each month that I can file for. It&#039;s a way to protect myself from management, as I have made it clear that I am not an ass kisser like some preloaders.
