Let's say 20% would be what roughly $100 a week,then matched would be $200. End of the month would be $800 or so in contribution total. Now I see why ups guys max out almost, with those guys making more and after let's say 30 yrs, heck let's a rough estimate of what half mil in your 401k

A company that matches 20% is unheard of. UPS does not match any 401(k) contributions. The pension is our 'match'.

Fedex match is 3.5% no matter how much you sock away. the pension we have at express is yes a pension but nothing like ups. good luck ever retiring at the new express. im not bitter just live with reality.

And a few years ago FedEx took the 3.5% matching away for a year. So no telling that won't happen again. Life of a non-union.
