The company time allowance is obviously fatally flawed, no one in my building runs under anymore except for a few runners that load their truck for two hours off the clock. If we seem to be acting “elitist”, it’s mainly from the standard to which we are held to. The funny thing is, management will call us names, but you couldn’t do the job. Add in aging and fifteen to 25 years of daily beat downs and you’d be crying on your mommas lap, we all know this. So I’ll keep laughing in your face while you call me an elitist. And you’ll get moved to another job in another building and I’ll still be laughing along in my center doing the same job I’ve always done.</p></blockquote><p></p>
