Hello everyone, just started my 2nd week loading, kinda worried about the bph or pph whatever it's called. They said I gotta be at 400, I'm at like 250 right now. Will they just fire me if I don't hit 400?

haha yeah I just wanna do a good job without breaking my back (literally) in the process. Still gettin used to the work schedule cause I work full time during the day, but I was draggin ass yesterday and everyone told me not to worry cause it was end of month/end of quarter so I guess that means its just a lot heavier that day.
