Companies found out real quick that they could raise prices then blame it on inflation and the consumers would not complain to much. Seems most companies jumped on that band wagon real quick.

Companies found out real quick that they could raise prices then blame it on inflation and the consumers would not complain to much. Seems most companies jumped on that band wagon real quick.
Inflation happened. Companies raised prices higher than needed to cover their costs and make a profit. Which for the consumer is more inflation. It's not them over there opposed to us over here. It's everyone everywhere.

Price gouging stops once people say no. So far, no one is.
I seen a few prices come down.
We passed on a few weekend getaways last year because they wanted stupid money for the hotels.
They dropped down quite a bit this year

If Donald Trump were still President the border wall would be finished, 5 million+ wouldn't have been allowed in illegally (and counting), Russia wouldn't have invaded Ukraine, and highly likely inflation would be considerably less because he wouldn't have shutdown Federal lands, wouldn't have made it extremely difficult for oil companies to get financing, and his pro business policies would have us in a much stronger position. With no House or Senate for the first two years, he would have gotten nothing. Lame duck and no Senate his last two years he gets even less. Schumer would have pulled a McConnell and everything would have died on his desk.
