Walker's budget will destroy the Milwaukee Public schools, and allow rich kids to take their vouchers to private schools anywhere in Milwaukee County.   AND remove the requirement that charter school teachers have teaching licenses, and also remove the requirement that charter school kids take the standard state achievement tests.  See, it turns out, when you measure the actual performance of charter school kids, their outcomes aren't any better than the reviled public schools.  So we can't have that silly accountability stuff pointing out the lack of the Emperor's clothes, can we?</p></blockquote><p></p>
