I just don't see the majority of the current crop of Teamsters having balls enough to take it all the way to a strike.

To be fair, it is 77 year old Hoffa Jr. calling the shots on the concessions during the negotiations. 90+% of members who voted on the strike authorization voted for it.

Hoffa has to go---he was bought off years ago.
 
So which of these 10 points of fact regarding the pending Contract are just younger folks crying “the world owes me a living” and “woe is me”? What would you like current UPSers to swallow so your retirement might be better funded?
