They used to try to send jr drivers home here, but we stopped that yrs ago. If they don't know a run it's mngmnts job to teach them etc...Believe me it's very hard for a jr driver to go home, because alot of sr drivers are waiting like buzzards over carrion, to go home, because the contract says, "voluntary lay off".
