And like I said, the US Supreme court THREW out the case and will not hear it. The photographers now need to PONY up the fines and penalties and pay for their stupidity.

WHAT? the SCOTUS did not DEBATE the case at all, they REFUSED to hear the case and allow the state supreme courts decision to stand. what are you smoking?

And i suggest you research how the SCOTUS works. There is no decision to come as you suggested. That decision was made when the CASE WAS REJECTED.

GRAY, what is there to wait for? The case was rejected, so it will NEVER come back to the scotus. The lower court (new mexico supreme court) decision will stand.

Youre right. The SCOTUS dodged the issue by not getting involved. They know a stupid case when they see it.

There is nothing more the SCOTUS will do with this case.
