Joe Rogan runs good game and is successful in his field as a result. That gets him good interviews occasionally.
Translation: he sometimes agrees with the Right.

I don’t like Joe Rogan. For years I heard him defending the left. “Oh I’d pay more in taxes just tax me more, let’s help the inner cities, let’s help the poor!”

Rogan needs to go back to California and forfeit half of his millions from that deal to the authoritarians he was a mouth piece for years for.

He has a large audience so he has influence with the younger generation.
Certain individual's are able to cross the political/social conditioned resistance of facts.

Rogan has been in the entertainment industry a long time. Imagine what he was hearing daily. It may have taken him a long time to come around but he's figured it out and he can influence others.

no because joe rogan is very uniformed.
What I see is a guy who brings on guests on a wide range of topics and discusses a topic with them. Gives opinions. You draw your own conclusions from what you're hearing. He may be very informed about some topics, not have a clue about others. Listening in once or twice may give you the wrong impression.

I don’t work at UPS anymore.
Don’t listen to Joe Rogan. Listen to his guests. That’s the point.
I started listening to this episode with no opinion of ivermectin. Now I’m convinced. His guests aren’t right-wing guys railing against “the left”, they’re very credible. Just listen to it.
