This creates a situation where dispatch either has to remove that rte or not remove and answer for not removing it. Sobers point about mgt being micromanaged is a valid point. There ARE always exception to the rules. Which is worse, having bad dispatches and service failures or ignoring the metric and leaving a rte in with no service failures or late nights for drivers?</span></span></span></p></blockquote><p></p>
