For the most part the drivers that were hired were decent drivers but I had one that could not shift worth a tinkers damn. All trucks shift differently and most drivers are capable of getting a new (to the driver) truck figured out with in a matter of an hour and on rare cases a matter of a couple of hours. We were in that truck for 10/12 hours and he could not get. He would grind the gears every single time he shifted. By the end of the day my jaws hurt from clenching my teeth. He was the only driver that I ever gave a negative report on. And I can tell you, he did NOT like it one little bit.</p></blockquote><p></p>
