Is it considered "time clock tampering" if an hourly employee gets a hold of another employee password to monitor his in/out time on GMS??
This particular person is not changing any time but it's kind of creepy that he knows this other employee password to clock in/out!

Wait what??

So he knows the password? Why doesn't the member change his password and make sure he doesn't share it next time.

Also tampering would mean he's changing things.

That can certainly be construed as stealing time and if management new about it; it would make a strong case for termination.
