is it me or should he have dummied down the "ups language" and just said something like "drivers are being followed, videotaped, harassed....older drivers are being harassed and discipline for not being able to keep up...why put ojs in there...it means nothing to the outside world....but he was probably thinking on the spot with cameras there and all...jmo
