Lost my seniority

I was off on comp and when I returned I found an another driver had jumped ahead of me because of the article 22 settlement. Is there anything I can do? My hearing is coming up very soon! I was a fulltime driver when this happened. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Do you mean he bid on the job while you were on comp? Ifso in my contract you can bid while on comp or disability but you have 10 working days to fill that bid, if your unable to fill that bid then the next senior employee would fill it!
