They are super strict on gun ownership . But Americans just don't wanna jump thru all the hoops......That therein lies part of  the problem. I have no issue with gun ownership or the 2nd amendment.It is responsible gun ownership. We give out gun permits like they come out of a Jack in Box as a prize for anyone. I can go to Reno and have an illegal gun within a few hours.Just cruise 4th street.....( red light district )</blockquote>
