Metro Philly part time Benefits for dependents

I just read on another thread that dependents are not covered until your 3rd year. HR told me 6 months during the interview. Did I hear that wrong? 1Thanks

Everyone is covered at 6months.

At least here. Best 5.77 a week I spend to cover my entire family.
