A U.S. election technology company currently embroiled in scandal gave Chinese subcontractors high-level security access to American election data, according to a warrant filed by prosecutors this week in Los Angeles.
Payroll data on workers, not voting data.

Here's more evidence you fraud deniers can pretend doesn't exist.

For some reason, they still won't allow signature matches. Why on earth could that be? Oh well, I guess they cheat in so many ways, they were bound to be unable to cover all of them up.

It’s amazing how articles like this get passed on as if they were factual.

judge has set a high standard when he said the following.

Thompson said that she would have to prove that misconduct occurred, and that it resulted in “identifiable lost votes” affecting the outcome of the election.

this item below in bold in your article alone would seem to be cause for a redo in that county.

Lake’s lawyers attempted to make that case with their bombshell revelation that a review of random ballots found that 48 out of 113 (42.5 percent) were “19-inch ballots produced on 20-inch paper,” causing them to be rejected.

if i was a judge i would look at that random sampling and then order a review to determine how many more of these errors were found in the county.

there are two possible outcomes from this trial .
1) a complete redo which is highly unlikely
2) identifying issues that need fixing in future elections which should be the goal of both sides as a minimum requirement.

That judge allowed the trial to proceed but has shown he really doesn't want to let Lake win. She tried to sue before the election because of the problems she correctly predicted did occur but those were thrown out because of lack of standing. As usual, after an election they say its too late to change anything. While Hobbs refused to recuse herself and claimed there were no problems.

agreed. no judge wants to allow a successful challenge to an election because it opens up hells gates and ensures a challenge to every future election in the highly partisan world we live in.

Its why i always say the repubs have to learn to cheat just as well as the dems if they want to win.

That's accepting that we live in banana republic and being ok with it.

Demand signature matches. The judge should be impeached for denying them. If the issues uncovered in this challenge "need fixing", the minimum remedy is a redo. Anything less is contempt of the will of the people.

well we know the dems are cheating and the courts dont want to do anything about it.

You know they'll be just fine with dealing with it if any non-establishment people try. This isn't a dem/rep thing, it's an insider/outsider thing.

The more obvious the fraud gets, and the longer the courts sit on their hands, the less faith people will have in the courts specifically, and the government in general. That's not going to end well for anyone.

We have been through this election fraud nonsense for going on 3 years. Nothing on a scale anywhere close to changing the outcome was ever discovered.

The MAGA's seem incapable of understanding the fact that when you run for office you do so with the understanding that you've got a 50% chance of losing.

What might finally help to put an end to the expensive task of chasing after election fraud conspiracies would be the adoption of a set of nationwide election guidelines that states would be encouraged to follow.

OK, but be sure to get the message out to Al Gore, Hillary Clinton, Stacey Abrams, and all their supporters and all other Democrats who claimed their elections were stolen by Republicans.

While you're at it please explain how a cognition compromised senior citizen who did little campaigning managed to get the highest popular vote count in history? We want to emulate that by putting up our own doddering old fool. Appears to be a bulletproof path to the presidency.
