Brad Raffensberger changed procedures so that signature verification was based on 'Request for Absentee Ballot' and 'Signature on Ballot Envelope'.
Now if the "Signature Verifiers" follow the statutes regarding Signature Verification, the 'Signature on Ballot Envelope' will be matched against 'Registration Signature'.
Still open to fraud but much tighter than the 'Request for Absentee Ballot' signature,
