Same thing happens in my center daily. I've never seen start times posted. The only way we know is to ask our Sup - what's the start time for tomorrow? It's interesting because our building, within the last week, has been getting slammed. Apparently another hub that was taking our hub loads wasn't able to finish in time, so they stopped sending our hub loads there, and instead have us handling them now. We are now doing more volume daily than we did during peak, and with roughly 50 less people (as we don't have seasonals in the building now). As a result of all this upheaval, the "start times" change like the wind changes direction. Usually, under normal circumstances, we start at 6:00 pm. Yesterday, start time was 4pm. Today, start time is 4:30 pm. (again, none of this is posted anywhere - only way to know is via word of mouth). Never a dull moment.
