In my local it's 1$ for new part timers but then when u go full time , it's gonna cost you almost 4 grand , so it's best just to stay part time til you can come up with 4 grand cash .

Do you pay your union steward cash in the parking lot?

I used to have to pay for health insurance through my employer well over 100 every week. Got charged $25 a week for about 6 months making about 150 a week working pt preload (so made $125 a week before taxes for getting up very early and working for 3.5 or so hours) then went to $28 a month.....but really $28 a month for health insurance for me and my family and I worked a full time job after it was huge financially. I honestly couldn't have walked away if they only paid me just the benefits a week... in the beginning it sucks glad I'm in a better place now stick with it they want you to give it your all and walk away with nothing.
