Your honesty is appreciated! And you are correct things may have been different if we were both employed with FedEx but we would still have made good money together. FedEx has taken care of me in lots of ways. I still remember working a lot harder at worse jobs, for a lot less pay when I was a divorced mother of 2, with an Ex that did nothing to provide for his children. FedEx provided me with disability pay when I was diagnosed with breast cancer four years ago and had extensive surgeries and recovery time. Not to mention that my FedEx insurance covered almost all of my medical bills, which were thousands of dollars. I returned to work after 10 weeks, still not 100% ready but because of management, my co-workers and the best customers ever, I got through it. After 13 years I have still not topped out. Very close but not yet. No, it's probably not fair that it takes us so long. It should be changed but I'm content with the money I make. Fortunately for me, I have not been lied to, nor had promises made that were not kept. Our job is not an easy one, it's just the best I've ever had and I intend to make the best of it.
