Hello everyone,
I was just hired as a seasonal driver. I understand that this may drop after the holiday season and Im willing to accept that. The person in HR and I discussed my willingness to work loading as well which I think is helpful, however Im looking for any ideas on how I can make this permanent. Im not an idiot and I know I have to show up on time, work hard, and generally be a good employee. Aside from these basics we should all know-what else can I do to increase my chances to become permanent? Thanks so much for any ideas you may have.
