Isn’t it amazing how the firings always happen in Jan,Feb,Mar and drivers are always brought back right before peak.

This is an all too common story ( for you new drivers ) . two things made me laugh "havent had any run ins with the new manager......yet" he will and when he basically said he was not a runner-gunner but a way over allowed driver.
but he did do his job and used the methods and took his breaks etc. sounds like he does his job right
that is why he's targeted and HARASSED.

It talks about his first and second terminations and how he didn't receive backpay for the first. Remember, you have to win everytime you are terminated and the company only has to win once! If you continue to get termed, you will eventually lose as the panel will remember you when you continue to appear. BOTH sides get irritated when the same employees continue to sit in front of them, especially terminations. The last 90 sec of your video you made some strong statements about coming to work and doing your job. Hopefully you get it now. Good luck Mike.
