Today we heard of the first heat related injury of the year in our jurisdiction.
Unfortunately it happened in the Melville Long Island building where we just had a meeting stressing safety and heat.
The management of this company
DOES NOT GIVE A friend::CK ABOUT YOU.
The driver was in the ER for over two hours and not one management person answered his calls.
The management of UPS are literally Blackhearted soulless devils. Cockroaches. Parasites.
They can talk all the bull they want but this has always been who they are.
Your safety is YOUR Responsibility.
Let’s be responsible adults.
The management of this company is rotten and stinks from the head down. From Tomé to the part time supervisors with Onlyfans pages.
Please do not be another of their statistics.
If you feel unsafe. If you feel ill, nauseous or dizzy, stop what you are doing and notify the blood sucking vampires via DIAD so there is a record and notify your steward immediately.
While you all are humping packages, they are literally bitching about how you all suck sitting in an air conditioned office.
Repeat, do not be a statistic for pigs that don’t care about you or your families.

I’ve never personally had a problem with the heat. It doesn’t really bother me. I know other people are quite sensitive to it, and I also know the company has a way of manipulating and pushing people.

I don’t think that’s what Vinny said at all. I’ve been involved in enough work comp case to know this company absolutely does not care about you. As a matter of fact, in many work comp cases, I’ve been involved with the company, makes it worse, and almost to the point of crippling someone. And they will manipulate those who allow them to although most of those that are manipulated Think they’re being a good employee when in reality they’re just getting screwed by the company.. that will kick them to the curb when there’s no more use for them.

lol..... I'm afraid to think about it........ I was definitely a creature of habit. I had the same little radio on my dash for 20 years and carried the same little igloo cooler for my Monsters and Gatorades.....
