I always stuck with: plenty of water, maybe seltzer, a Gatorade, and light meals.

Still too expensiveHave a steward that buys the knock off 5 hour energy shots from the dollar store. He buys like 36 of them and leaves them in his truck. He said it's because he doesn't drink coffee either. $38 dollars and hes good for a little over a month lol.
