Workhorse p57d w/vt265.
We have one of these fine pieces of machinery here that smokes like a frieght train pulling a 10% grade. Turbo failed, replaced turbo w/new unit from international. Replacement turbo filled charge air cooler w/oil. No problem International warrantied turbo. Drained cleaned cac. 2nd Turbo is filling cac full of oil. Turbo hose leading from high pressure turbo to cac has puddles of oil in the lower bend. Any other ideas or suggestions? Well other that gallon of gas and a match, or a pound of c4.

Oil pressure too high (stuck pressure relief valve)?
Some bad restriction in the air intake upstream?

Make sure the turbo oil lines are free of debrits. Any increase of oil pressure in the turbo will push it out the tailpipe or inter cooler
