Organizing PT Sups?

It's the carrot and the mule.
when they signed up to be a PT sup they had dreams of greatness. When they woke up and sign up.They should have asked for guidance from old heads, FT and PT. That is why they regret the decision they made down the road when the guy they came in with is pulling down 75K and they are at a slow 35K. They track should go something like this;
1 Complete school first no degree slim chance of FT management
2 interview as many PT & FT sup as possible. They will all tell the truth "it sucks" like first in last out very little over time i think they start with 27hrs a week guarantee
3 Have at least five years seniority to fully understand what we do at UPS. (don't except excuses) we deliver every day all day it is a mean lean brown machine.
To do it right go package first top out. Then cross over your intro pay is based on your current pay rate. $30+ bucks and hour plus stock is a strong incentive plus your start at a full time job.
Most PT sup cross over within there first two years. There logic I can go to collage and do this. Not , failing finals during peak most of them start a family, fail out of collage then there stuck waiting on a FT specialist position which are slim as well.
They fail to do there home work they dream and wake up to a night mare.
Still they cant join a union or organize a union. they don't have a contract they will bust them like an annoying zit and escort them out and sign up the next dreamer.

That is a municipal organization. there are only a dozen or so to get the vote to join they all know each other.
We have thousand of PT sups out there and the company is so large the will bust them and fire them on the spot. Not to mentions the have to cover all 50 states the smaller the center sups would never cross such a line there stress level is so low, it easy work:-). The larger the center the higher the stress:scared:.
