I recall that in the past and to enable everyone to have a chance the OT would start on a monday and once enough people got it the next day the list started where the previous days ended....That way lower seniority people got a chance at OT.....This was a teamster idea and worked quite well and highlighted the concept of the brotherhood....Somehow this view changed to .hooray for me and not you....It would be great to see some fair thinking and revert back to the roots.</p></blockquote><p></p>
