Part time pre load called in to work?

To discuss the report, safety issues etc.etc. And, writting safety quotes on the floors of the building with clauk. All of that and over all, the work load they get is dropped significantly. </p><p></p><p>I dont know if you where doing from managment side or the employees.</p><p></p><p>I really have a hard time gauging peoples perseption of what is hard and/ or difficult.
