If any Pasadena area UPS'ers are looking for something to do Aug 9,10 and 11th head on down to the Rose Bowl and take in the best show you'll see in the marching arts- Drum Corp International. Don't confuse these corps with "bands", their talent (nobody over the age of 21)will blow you away. It is comprised of non profit drum corps from across the country. These kids practice hours and hours every day living on a bus and sleeping on gym floors. This activity was shown on ESPN2 a couple of years ago and it didn't do it justice. If you have any interest in music, you won't be disappointed.
