As for UPS, I was not fired nor I did not quit UPS. There was a contract agreement and as put as termination date on 2008. My repetitive neck injury started working at the bank. At the work bank I filed workman comp for my neck injury in March 2014 and then two weeks later I was fired for not coming back to work. The bank denied my workman comp and so I filed Social Security Disability in April 2014. On September 2014 Im approved for SS disability. As per UPS letter it says: "According to your records, you are currently 48 years old. Early retirement starts at age 55. Therefore you are unable to draw your retirement right now. If you have been classified from Social Security as TOTALLY disabled. You MAY be able to draw a disability retirement. Just send in a copy of a statement from Social Security stating you are totally disabled and we will reassesss to see if you are eligible for disability." As I did sent numerous copies from my Social Security Disability documents and also sent my Orthopedic doctor that Im totally disabled and UPS still denied me.
