This guy is predicting the end, again.

He says obama’s bubble hasn’t been addressed as trump promised, trump is making it worse with his tariffs, big government spending and with the socialist movement growing in this country it could be disasterous, especially since we have an ego maniac in control of the other party that has taken ownership of the bubble and vouched for the economy.

I kind of agree with the guy. Soon we’ll all be moving into our mamma’s houses if she still has one.
richard wolff was recently saying that in the last few months the press keeps talking about a recession

could b a doozy

I guess the same as from the Obummer :censored2: show?

If people are doing this for entertainment then it’s understandable.

If they are serious, then chalk them in as ignoramus.

If you’re talking about the recession that the Bush administration caused and we got out of during the 8 years after and have been doing well since then until the last year or so, yes. You’re a red stooge and blind.

I hope not, even though that could benefit me. I’m a young employed man and could benefit from a stock fire sale.

Uh, we've got a flattening yield curve. You don't exactly have to be Nostradamus to predict the coming recession.

It’s not really that technical in my view point.

I got 50% of my 401k in the S&P 500, 35% a retirement fund 2040 and 15% in the Russell 2000 index. S&P is like the 500 largest companies, the retirement fund I’m not too sure about assuming it shifts with time into more preserving wealth as you age and the Russell 2000 index is like small companies more volatile with maybe some better pay off.

I haven’t studied much, got less than 20k put away, but that’s my take on it as someone who doesn’t really understand the stock market either.

I might just shift the Russell index into the S&P 500 or that retirement fund.

Sounds like a good mix ... the only area I could suggest is a 10% - 15% investment in International stocks/funds.

Not sure it's time to do that yet.
